iZambezi was founded with a clear purpose: to create a platform that celebrates Southern African creativity, strengthens cultural connections and creates opportunities for communities to come together.

Operated by Walsona Group Ltd (Company Registration No. 11547885), iZambezi is being built to become something greater than any one organisation or individual. Our role is to create the platform; the artists, communities, businesses and audiences are what bring it to life.

At its heart is a simple idea: the river connects us. Inspired by the cultures and communities connected by the Zambezi and the wider Southern African region, iZambezi brings people together through music, culture and shared experience — while remaining open and welcoming to audiences from every background.
