1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event site, you agree to be bound by these Event Terms & Conditions.
2. Hierarchy of Conditions
These Event Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with all conditions stated on tickets, wristbands, accreditation, signage, parking notices, and official event communications. Ticket and wristband conditions form part of the contractual terms of entry. Where ticket or wristband conditions provide more specific or operational requirements, those conditions shall apply alongside these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Event Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Conditional Entry
Entry to the event is conditional upon full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Right of Admission
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund where these Terms & Conditions are breached or where behaviour is considered unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, anti-social, or likely to negatively affect the safety, welfare, enjoyment, or reputation of the event.
5. Searches
All attendees consent to reasonable searches of persons, bags, vehicles, and possessions as a condition of entry.
6. Alcohol Policy
No alcohol may be brought into the event site. Attendees found in possession of alcohol must, as a condition of entry, either dispose of it at the designated point or remove it from the site. Alcohol voluntarily surrendered for disposal will not be returned or compensated.
7. Drugs Policy
Illegal drugs, substances, or paraphernalia are strictly prohibited and may be reported to the police.
8. Intoxication
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
9. Prohibited Items
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, glass containers, fireworks, flares, drones, lasers, offensive materials, hazardous items, and any object considered dangerous or unsuitable by event management.
10. Behaviour
Attendees must behave responsibly, lawfully, and respectfully at all times towards staff, performers, contractors, security personnel, local residents, and other attendees.
11. Refusal of Entry
Failure to comply with instructions from staff, stewards, security personnel, emergency services, or authorised representatives of the organisers may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event site without refund.
12. No Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, including where entry is refused or a person is removed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions or unlawful, unsafe, or anti-social behaviour.
13. Tickets
Tickets remain the property of the organisers and may be withdrawn, cancelled, or invalidated if misused, altered, duplicated, resold without authorisation, or obtained unlawfully.
14. Ticket Resale
Unauthorised resale, transfer for profit, duplication, or commercial distribution of tickets is prohibited.
15. Wristbands
Wristbands must be worn securely and visibly at all times and are non-transferable. Damaged, altered, or removed wristbands may be deemed invalid.
16. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced tickets or wristbands may not be replaced and may be rendered invalid at the organisers’ discretion.
17. Re-Entry
Re-entry is permitted only where expressly authorised by the organisers and subject to security procedures.
18. Age Restrictions
Valid photographic identification may be required. Age restrictions apply to certain areas, activities, and purchases.
19. Children
Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 21 years or over.
20. Child Attendance Restrictions
Adults attending with children under the age of 18 are strongly encouraged to leave the venue by 8:00 pm. Attendance at the event site after 8:00 pm may be restricted to adults aged 18 years and over only. The organisers reserve the right to implement additional safeguarding measures, restrict access, or require under-18 attendees to leave designated areas where considered necessary for safety, licensing, welfare, or operational reasons.
21. Accessibility
Reasonable accommodations will be made in accordance with applicable equality and accessibility legislation.
22. Medical Assistance
Medical assistance is available on site. Attendance at the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
23. Welfare
Attendees consent to welfare and safeguarding interventions where safety or wellbeing concerns reasonably arise.
24. Photography & Filming
By attending, you consent to photography, filming, livestreaming, and audio or visual recording for promotional, security, editorial, and commercial purposes without compensation.
25. CCTV
CCTV, body-worn cameras, and other surveillance measures may be in operation for safety, crime prevention, safeguarding, and security purposes.
26. Lost Property
Lost property should be handed to or claimed from the designated lost property point. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
27. Parking
Parking is permitted only within officially designated paid parking areas authorised by the organisers. Any vehicle parked outside authorised parking zones, on private land, public access routes, verges, residential areas, restricted areas, or in a manner causing obstruction, nuisance, safety concerns, or disturbance to local residents may be refused entry to the event and will not be entitled to any refund. Vehicles may be towed, reported, or subject to enforcement action where legally permitted. Parking is entirely at the vehicle owner’s risk.
28. Local Residents & Community Protection
Attendees must respect the peace, privacy, safety, and wellbeing of local residents and neighbouring properties at all times. Anti-social behaviour, excessive noise, trespassing, littering, harassment, public nuisance, or disruption outside the event site may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund. Security personnel may patrol surrounding areas and approaches to the venue to monitor compliance and help ensure that festival attendees do not interfere with the peace and quiet of the local community.
29. Camping
Camping is permitted only in authorised areas and remains subject to additional campsite rules and safety requirements.
30. Noise
Attendees must comply with all reasonable noise control measures and directions issued by event staff or authorities.
31. Environmental Responsibility
Littering, fly-tipping, environmental damage, and misuse of waste facilities are prohibited. Attendees must use designated bins and waste disposal points.
32. Schedule Changes
Artists, attractions, schedules, timings, and event content are subject to change without notice and do not constitute grounds for refund.
33. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, interruption, delay, or alteration caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, public health incidents, governmental action, security threats, or utility failures.
34. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled in full before commencement, liability shall be limited to the face value of the ticket unless otherwise required by applicable law. Booking fees and ancillary costs may be non-refundable unless legally required otherwise.
35. Personal Property
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or possessions brought to the event.
36. Liability Limitation
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
37. Insurance
The event is covered by appropriate public liability insurance. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own personal insurance where desired.
38. Data Protection
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
39. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
40. Governing Law
These Event Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
