Refund policy

All tickets for iZambeziFest 2026 are sold subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where a refund is required by UK law.

As iZambeziFest is a live event scheduled for a specific date, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

No refunds will be issued for changes to the event line-up, artist cancellations, scheduling changes, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

If the Event is cancelled or materially altered, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
