As one of our original ticket purchasers, we’d like to offer you one complimentary General Admission ticket to iZambeziLive on 31 October 2026 as a gesture of thanks for your early support.

This complimentary ticket is exclusively available to customers who purchased a valid ticket for the cancelled iZambeziFest event scheduled for 15 August 2026.

Whether you join us in Birmingham yourself or gift the ticket to a friend or family member, we hope you’ll accept it as a thank you for being part of iZambezi from the beginning.

• One complimentary General Admission ticket to iZambeziLive 2026
• Access to the main standing event area
• Access to all live performances and DJs
• Access to food vendors, bars and merchandise
• The option to attend yourself or gift your ticket to one friend or family member

Gifting Your Ticket

If you’re unable to attend, your complimentary ticket may be gifted to one named person aged 18 or over.

The ticket cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or transferred for commercial gain. Any change of attendee must follow the iZambezi ticket transfer process.

• Available exclusively to customers who purchased a valid ticket for the cancelled iZambeziFest event scheduled for 15 August 2026
• Limited to one complimentary ticket per eligible original purchaser
• This ticket is an additional gesture of goodwill and is separate from the original event refund process
• The complimentary ticket has no cash value
• Valid photographic ID may be required on entry and Challenge 25 may operate
• There is no re-entry after leaving the venue
• Admission is subject to the iZambeziLive Terms & Conditions
